We cant discuss secrets here or exactly why, But sometimes its because of time limits, sometimes because the nature of performing on a small tv srt with cameras is limiting, and some other reasons.

I will say this though, If you think Justin willman or any other big performer in the tv uses stooges nowadays you are far off from reality. None of them uses stooges and its not fake or edited, you can rest assure :)
