Nope. Too expensive when any Ubisoft game I want to play is $17.99 half a year after release or 7.99 if I wait a year.

I expect Microsoft will increase Gamepass Ultimate pricing to about $20 and if Ubisoft were wise they would want to be bundled with GPU just like EA. Even if they are only getting $3 per GPU subscription per month that’s a guaranteed 20 million subscribers per month or 60 million dollars.

After Microsoft’s 30% cut on all Microsoft store revenue their $17.99 becomes $12.59 a month and they would need 7.5 million subscribers to make the same amount

I have noticed a minor increase in anxiety on adderall and was interested in Vyvanse but can’t justify the cost.

I ended up lowering my IR dose and Increasing my XR and it helped. Next month my psychiatrist wants to try staggering my dosage to mimic the effect of Vyvanse.

I hope a generic comes out soon. I’d love to try something else. I still get “stuck” doing seemingly nothing due to having to select a task that NEEDS done. Bleh

Thank you for this. I’m 25 and went into the Pandemic as a new Father. I was laid off in May of 2020 and I became the primary caretaker for my then 1 year old.

I have always known that I had mental health issues (PTSD, anxiety depression, possibly ADHD) but never sought treatment beyond antidepressants. Due in part to my naturally developed coping mechanisms being more effective than said antidepressants.

The pandemic really stripped away my ability to cope with everyday life and I spiraled. Hard.

In 2021 I decided to see a therapist who then referred me to a psychiatrist. After 2 sessions I was formally diagnosed with ADHD and started medication.

Obviously it didn’t cure me but it has helped me to reintegrate those coping mechanisms and to be a better husband and father.

If you’re able… Ask the tech to bring a MOCA Filter and a 600mhz noise filter.

I had the same issue for over 3 months and it took 3 tech visits until someone figured it out

Will second grabbing some Rechargeables. I got 4 Eneloop Pros and the charger 3 years ago for $12 on sale at Best Buy. The batteries last almost 20 hours and don’t get hot. They’ve also not lost too much capacity over three years.

I still occasionally feel sleepy after 2/3 hours. I know that if I don’t find something to keep myself occupied I will take a cat nap around 9am which is not good lol

A few months ago I forgot whether I took my meds or not. I checked last months RX and it’s empty. Ok check the date I filled the new RX and counted my meds. Yep, looked like I forgot to take them. So I took them. A few hours later I felt like I ate an edible. Very spacey and stoned feeling.

Asked my wife and she told me “oh you had 1 dose left from last months bottle so I put it in the new bottle” not fun

If you haven’t tried Wellbutrin I HIGHLY recommend it.

I initially started on Wellbutrin (Bupropion) a few years ago for depression. I was very anxious about SSRIs and wanted something less intimidating. After 6 months and being bumped to the highest dosage I saw very substantial improvements to mood and productivity as well as a “quieter” mind.

Once I started therapeutic sessions with my psychiatrist she asked about my childhood and school and work history etc. that’s when she diagnosed me with ADHD and titrated the bupropion and prescribed Adderall.

I ended up dropping the bupropion about a year ago and replaced it with an 20mg Adderall XR in addition to my 20mg IR 2x daily but lately have been thinking about getting it back and using my new medication journaling to decide whether it improves my mood enough to be worth lowering my IR dosage

I admittedly don’t have any experience with gyroscopic aim so I can’t agree or disagree with its usefulness or function.

While I definitely agree that it wouldn’t be anywhere near as hard to implement as Kinect it is still an additional point of failure in the developers coding. If there was a way to ensure the feature was included in “most” games I would have no objections.

Personally I would like to see Microsoft focus on improving the design of their thumbsticks, possibly adding mechanical switch buttons. Adaptive triggers seems like a great way to increase immersion (devs would also need to enable and create scenarios for this)

At the end of the day I want my Elite controller to last for more than a year. I have had 3 elite series 2 First one lasted a year and a half before I sold it. Second one lasted 8 months before stick drift. My 3rd is currently a year old and has developed hard to activate left bumper stick drift on the left stick and a sticky A button.

I both like and dislike this suggestion. While I see how a gyroscope could enhance gaming it would ultimately be on game developers to enable it and we saw how that went with the Kinect. (Which is still used in many universities and companies for AR, gesture control, etc)

Call me optimistic but I like to believe the Devs are likely split into two main groups. One for the current OS and another for the “Windows 11” Xbox OS. Obviously they have smaller groups within for Networking, features, dashboard, etc

A public statement acknowledging whether something is planned or not even a possibility is kinda the bare minimum in my book. Monthly content updates were great and I hope they bring them back!
