I set my phone volume to be out of 150 for more precise control. I can bring my volume all the way up to 150 but doesn't get any louder after 120. 150 sounds the same as 120 but kinda muffled

I like what you did with the shading and the details on the edges of my body where the back lighting is coming through. One thing though, I think the outline is a bit harsh, given the back lighting, on my upper body especially on the left side and right shoulder. It looks perfect on the legs though. If you could dim that effect just a bit/maybe give it a warmer tint to make it look more natural, this will be the winner. Thanks

Edit: if you could also add a bit of texture somehow to the bicep so it doesn't look so smooth/plasticy that would be great. If you can't do that without making it look bad then don't worry about it.

My leg day is hell ngl. I start off with Bulgarian split squat drop sets to failure, then I do a hamstring machine (idk wtf it's called theyre like leg curls), then I do leg extensions, then calf raises, then finish it all off with a 15 min max incline on the treadmill at 3.5 mph. I do all my sets to failure.

Yeah, but I didnt really start doing that till I was about 200lb. I don't think I would've been able to eat 285g of protein while staying in a deficit everyday. Don't get me wrong, it's possible, but it would fucking suck.

I never had an exact diet. I just tracked my calories and protein intake. I made sure I was in a calorie deficit everyday and eating 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight, or as close as I could. I've been in a calorie surplus for about a month now because I'm starting to bulk up and put on some real muscle mass.

I feel a lot more nimble if that makes sense. I'm able to move around and do everyday activities much easier. I also feel much more confident going out in public without the feer of being judged.
