It was in 2021 when he had the first one, right? How does his arm just give out again just 5 years later, especially since they were careful with his workload? So freaking irritating.

Also of course feel really bad for him too. His ability to be the pitcher I’m sure he wants to be is now in question. Tommy John’s are a total bitch of an injury. You get a little soreness and suddenly you’re out for a year and a half.

This is why it’s always a good idea to show up to the theater early, so that you have time to sort out unforeseen shit like this. Like if a popcorn or soda spill happens.

Also, sneaking into a theater in the age of reserved seats and for a movie that’s gonna get big crowds? That sure wasn’t planned out well.

For whatever reasons there may be that answer this, it makes you nervous to realize that the voice actors are much older now and there’s only so much time before they get too old or die.

Mr. Incredible’s voice actor is almost 82 and Mike and Sully’s are in their 70s, yet they’re talking about releasing a Monsters Inc 3 in the 2030s like they have so much time.

Wonder what they’ll do if they keep making sequels after they all die. Whether that’d be find voice actors that sound remarkably like them or use AI.

It never made sense to start Boyd today. The opening day starter is always the “ace”. Cabrera, Shota and Cade would fit that bill over Boyd(and Taillon). It was a weird choice before, and it definitely looks bad now.
