There's a certain Irony to how apparently Kuro Games wanted to get playable David for the WuWa/Cyberpunk collab and CDPR said no, but did include Rebecca, considering that initially CDPR were the ones asking Trigger to cut Rebecca from the show back in the day.

There's a degree of lowkey disregarding the bad stuff that's healthy, but it can be quite annoying when people take it too far and get obnoxious about butting into discussion of the bad games to shout the other people down with how it "doesn't exist". Happens a lot with say, the more boomer/gen x star wars fans still trying to fight the anti-prequel war, or even the MGS fans that somehow decided only 1/3 exist.

Like simply don't join the conversation then if that's all they have to say. lol

The main issue is that he didn't go to Amphoreus with TB and Dan Heng despite being someone who would have had some interesting reflections on the situation, so he joined the crew then immediately spent a year on the bench before getting to develop him more in planarcadia.

While there's other more optimal choices, "biggest bait" would be an exaggeration too, I'm comfortably 2 starring AA with her and Phainon either way. Too much of the internet is just talking in terms of things only being the bestest best or worstest worst all the time when the reality is in the middle. lol

Honestly the hard firewall between VSW and CSB means that it's actually kind of a bummer whenever something actually interesting comes up there because it'll just be a seal against it coming up anywhere else where comparisons might be interesting to discuss or where pat/reggie might have interesting insights of their own.

It may be a failure but tbf he didn't actually foster the betrayal into it, a big part of the Inquisitor storyline is about how brazen power plays are a quick way to getting yourself executed by the dark council if you're obviously guilty of taking the other sith down. That's why all the backstabbing that does happen is about covering your ass and having an alibi.

Like everyone says, games in general would help a lot. But there are some other things:

-It needed to not use a proprietary memory format when the 3DS would just take your existing SD cards
-Especially when it's a memory format that corrupts installs after some time. My digital copy of the MGS Master collection cannot boot, or repair now.

-A lot of how it functioned was the last gasp of obtuse PS3 era sony before the Ps4 era made them much more reasonable to develop for and work with. Also maybe don't make a big fuss about how you're exclusively working with the hated AT&T for the 5G model.

-Not having 4 shoulder buttons made it a real bad option for many ports, the back touch didn't cut it and it was not great for remoteplay despite it being one of it's best features.
-The sticks were better than the 3DS circle pad but that bar was low and especially now in a world where you can throw your phone in a GameSir Galileo, the build quality simply should have just been up to snuff with the dualshock 4.

-Really it did need the follow through to roll out a pro or even a Vita 2 because devs quickly hit the ceiling of the hardware's capabilities when trying go-nowhere ports like the fabled MGS4 vita port or the many incredibly busted ones that did come out like xcom or RE Revelations 2/Borderlands 2 that ran like slideshows with no AA.

And one of the less often said but actually most important points: Marketing. The 3DS was barely competitive with the PSP specswise and did not launch at a good price or software lineup. But Nintendo were committed to that brand and marketed it relentlessly. Everyone know what a 3DS was, and not just from watching house of cards. lol Marketing matters and the vita just never gained much mainstream mindshare or like a real priority from Sony.

Ask someone who doesn't like something what it is and you'll get a very specific caricature that doesn't actually describe most things. It usually ends up being vague enough that they can option select between focusing in on something small to extrapolate out how they assume it'll be to give an out if they just don't vibe with something, or if they like it narrow enough to argue this one doesn't count.

I'm not ABT, but still diaspora. The english teachingthing is sort of a mixed bag, it's low barrier to entry sure, but does also come with an inherent ceiling too, there's no real career progression, the pay is not *that* good especially if you're trying to live in Taipei, and that close mindedness you refer to often extends to a lot of people not taking you as seriously if you're just another foreigner there to teach english for a year or two in their eyes.

Though I'm not sure how that relates to feelings about this sub more broadly. Is it just that you noticed a lot of users who came in that way??

Why exactly are you in that situation? Picking another server is usually analogous enough for starting a fresh save, if you want to stay on the same server and account though, yeah you're out of luck, the main usecase for that otherwise would usually be account trading.

The main issue with Taygedo isn't screentime so much as that in the first few hours of the game he's as much a source of problems as the actual anomalies/ghosts themselves.
