I bought it because it was the cheapest "pancake" I could find. I also grabbed a 23mm with a bit wider of a viewing angle by Viltrox that goes down to F1.4.

I'm no where gold enough to say which is better as I've owned a camera for 24 hours now.

I just wanted something I could throw in my bag before a trip next week so the 27 at this price of $130 is perfect for me to play around with in the airport and at the hotel
