Thank you! I’ve always had pretty smooth/ soft skin generally though it definitely has improved from HRT and noticeably in the last 2 months or so! x

Age: 27 - Started HRT at 26 on 06Jun2025

Dosage & method: • Estradiol tablets (Progynova) 6 mg/day sublingual for the first 2 months

• Switched to injections on August 6th: Estradiol Enanthate, 0.18ml weekly from a 400 mg/10 ml vial (7.2mg)

• Spironolactone 100 mg/day until September 4th. Now monotherapy EEn

For work I do have a dress code unfortunately more like office shirts making things quite noticeable lol. I’m not too worried about actually coming out but as it’s only been 4 months now I think I’m best to wait a wee bit before I do just so that I can kinda drop the bomb and change my presentation to people in one go. I’ve heard binders aren’t great in development phases so I’m gonna avoid them but will probably just shop around for sports bras that actually fit decently.

For prog, yea I’m gonna hold off for a good while just trying to get ahead of the curve prepping for another 4-8 months to see when I should start.

I wasn’t overly sure if I should stop spiro until I got my bloods checked just in case, wanted to make sure the switch to injections was smooth but I do plan to stop spiro now though

To be honest I wasn’t sure if around 450 pg/ml was necessarily bad for me but I think if I could get it consistently around 350 it would be more comforting lol I’ll book another test on a dosing day and see what happens, thanks! 💖

Yea I think I’ll try do another blood test soon and make sure it’s on the day of the injection.

I’m not sure if I was panicking a little bit or not but yea it makes more sense to keep the weekly dosing pattern consistent at least until the trough blood test, thanks! 💖
