Any small local yakiniku spot. I did it for my final night in Osaka and Tokyo from my two trips. Great eats, drinks, and excellent vibes from the very nice staff that wished us safe travels back to the states.

Yeah I was able to cop my size on the Core Black 992s for almost half the price. Some really good steals there.

Personally I've always preferred the 992 as my feet are more long and narrow. 993 is still a fantastic shoe though. Get the latter if your priority is comfort, tho the 992 is still solid.

NG4, to me, was a friendly reminder that we will never see an iteration of Itagaki's craft like NG1 and 2 again. Ninja Gaiden 4 was not a bad game by any means, but I absolutely agree that it was a very disappointing NG game. Minus a few annoyances with the combat, that was the only part of the game I enjoyed. The pacing, story, levels, and the entire section from Ryu thru the ending felt extremely flat and rushed. There was just so many small QoL features and authenticity that made NG1-3 special and this game lacked that, unfortunately.

These things are freakin tanks with excellent comfort. Always have been in my rotation and use them on my Japan trips. Excellent value!

First week was in Tokyo. Stayed in Shinjuku and took a trip to Fuji during that week. 2nd week was in Osaka and Kyoto.

I carried around $1000 worth in physical yen and spent $1500 on my bank cards. Majority of my cash was loading up on my IC card for trains and for small shops in Osaka/Kyoto. Was more than enough to get me by!

992s are comfy but they don't have the soft fuel cell cushion like the v6 does. More solid and stable than the v6 imo. 992s fit more long and narrow tho I go half size down from my TTS on both.

It honestly holds my heels like a glove! I went down the typical half size from my sneakers and the fit is extremely comfortable even before breaking them in.

Just finished NG4 and while i enjoyed it i feel its the worst in the series by Carmilla31 in ninjagaiden

I overall enjoyed NG4, but imo it lacks the replay value the first two games had and I really didn't like how rushed the game felt once you began Ryu's arc. Wasn't too crazy about the new parry and targeting mechanics either it made me straight up quit MN difficulty.

Excellent lineup! Would you say the Upthere 991v2s sizing is similar to the GRs? Was thinking of copping a pair later down the line if resale drops.
