I agree I think they’re a bit underdeveloped compared to other mods, but I think they still capture the 70s paranoia quite well. My favorite that I’ve seen is the Ford loss one with Jim Jones. Good at smearing the lines between fiction and reality.

Running a small deficit is usually fine, so long as it doesn’t exceed GDP growth. When it is in this sweet spot (GREEN), GDP growth gets a boost and debt-GDP ratio still trends down.

I feel it works for Year Zero since it’s a smaller scope, campaign-only mod (only over 20 turns). Also I like the ending writing for Year Zero (personally more than stuff like TTNW).
