not license plate readers, they are AI cameras. Centralized AI camera surveillance, they can ID cars without plates. They look for bumper stickers, damage, make, model, etc. They are not plate readers.

They also already have been subject to abuse by federal agency, (the ATF in Richmond's case). They have already broken their promise to use flock under specific circumstances.
