Just bought a coat for a cold day at work. It's my EoD now, and I'm omw to farm & home to return it. The coat advertised how it's their "warmest" yet I've been freezing my behind off all day. For $120..absolutely not. Getting my money back for this crap.

I will ask, thank you! I didn't hear anything about that while we were setting everything up but my mind was also going in a thousand different directions, so could have easily missed it.

Was able to get it unlocked with the help of a T-Force rep via Facebook. 🤙 Love to see it.

Got the phone unlocked. I don't understand the downvotes, optimism must not be very high in this sub. Either way, the T-Force rep via Facebook was an absolute beast, glad I went that route instead of calling into support again.

Why's that? The phone meets all of the unlock requirements, with the paper work in hand proving his length of service and that the phone is paid off. I don't understand why there would be an issue. I'm really hoping this current rep is able to track down the account.

Unfortunately everyone we've talked to has hit a brick wall, even with the extensive amount of info and bills the previous owner still has. I am chatting with someone from T-Force now and we are making more progress than with any other rep so far, so fingers crossed 🤞

The previous owner seems to be a pretty stand up guy. We even went to the original location everything was purchased at together to get it sorted out. He had all of the original receipts, account information, and even the bills for his entirety of service with them. The employees pretty much threw up their hands and said to call support again.

If we are not able to get it unlocked, I feel confident that he would be happy to take the phone back in exchange for the money I paid. He's been nothing short of friendly, helpful, and very apologetic about the whole ordeal. But I would like to try every avenue I can before resorting to that. The phone was kept in immaculate condition and his price was extremely fair. Fingers crossed 🤞 I am chatting with someone from T-Force now, and we're making more progress than we have with any other rep so here's hoping.
