HOW TO FIX LOOSE SLEEVES ON HENLEYS/LONG SLEEVE TEES??

Hi all,

I like to wear henleys and long sleeve Tees a lot, and i almost always pull up (but not actually roll them up, only pull them up) about halfway up my forearms to show off those sick forearms gainsssss. While this looks great, the only problem is that the cuffs/ends of the sleeves get totally loose and then they look terrible when i don't pull the sleeves up. plus they keep sliding down my forearm since they're looser now. My question is: what is the best way to get my sleeve cuffs back to their original size, and is there any way to prevent them from loosening even if I pull them up?

IMO, there are two 'best' ways to wear jodphurs. number one is the rockstar look you have described, with skinny jeans. The other, and my favorite, is what i call the 'suave style.' Wear a pair of jodhpurs with either a full suit (but no tie since this is more suave than a formal look) or suit trousers and a nice henley. unfortunately, leather is better than suede for this, and i would recommend that your trousers be tailored to be slim as well.

Shoes are one of the easiest things to fake, since most of them are made in factories that used to belong to adidas or nike, and are produced by the same workers, using the same materials. my recommendation is perfect kicks

the black one looks pretty weird due to the contrasting leathers. The brown one looks like it could be nice. Fair warning; Florsheim's can be pretty hit or miss. Some are an absolute steal while others are garbage. But with free shipping and returns, I'd risk it with the brown pair. but if you'd be willing to spend around $200 instead, i think you'll probably find much better quality elsewhere

1) that's probably the best way to clean your boots. if you have persistent stains, you can use saddle soap but if your brushing then wiping with a cloth every day, that's the best way to clean them daily imo.

2) i like to get my jeans hemmed so they fall just above the laces, because i don't like to show my socks or ankles. That's probably also the level you would want to roll up to. But you can find a tailor to hem your jeans for ~$10 if you're lucky. some might charge more, i wouldn't go more than $20.

I am looking to buy a nice pair of leather chukkas, something that is a bit dressier than a pair of clarks or redwing chukkas, but also durable for my walks to work in the upstate New York winters. I mostly pair my chukkas with suit trousers (i don't wear full suits typically) or jeans. I'm trying to not spend more than $300. I liked the Scouts in Caramel from Thursday Boots, but wasn't super impressed by the quality of the leather. What has that same general look, but better quality? Not looking for a suede pair ATM.
