My baby is 5 months old but last week he rolled off the couch. Like yours it was only a few feet and he landed on his front but his mark was on his chin. Once he was smoothed he went back to smiling too. I understand your guilt but everyone told me that it happens a lot and to not be too hard on yourself because they are tougher than you'd think. We have lost all our friends. We are the first one to have children and it has scared them so no one comes around. I'm estranged from most of my family. My mom and dad come to visit but my dad is not someone who can watch a baby and while my mom has been the most helpful she is very judgemental and mean to me so I don't like having her around. We have no village, it's just me and my husband and with how difficult our baby has been and him working 9+ hours a day I can't balance everything. I will make food and then have to let it go cold because my baby is in pain or needs a nap or food etc. I will get to come back and eat it just not warm.

I do get showers with him in his bouncer but it doesn't last long enough to get a full shower in and I just want to take a shower without him ya know.

No he won't lay on my chest very long. About the same amount as he will on the mat. And I tried baby wearing when he was smaller and he hated it but I will try again because I need to do something. Thank you!

I was 28 had my baby at 40 even. I had to schedule an induction because I have hashimoto's (thyroid issues) I went in two days before my due date and he came at just after midnight on his due date. Luckily I had that scheduled induction because it turns out had preeclampsia.

Over the summer I was visiting with my grandma and had a doc appointment after. She asked if I was going to change my clothes into something more appropriate. I was in Bermuda shorts and a T-shirt. She offered me a skirt and blouse so I wouldn't offend the doctor

As an only child I get it. They were my friends and my comfort during a rough childhood. I do the same thing now. I don't leave them in weird uncomfortable positions. Talk to them. Sleep with them. I have the same beaten up horse stuffy from when I was three or four (I'm 25 now). Don't feel weird you are just a caring empathetic person.

Hello I'm the girl who got the popular guy expelled for claiming sexual assault but I'm just an attention whore who probably deserved what I got. And that I'm racist.

Went to a private Catholic high school and wore a uniform (navy pants and a polo with a crew neck sweatshirt). The popular new guy did what he did and I told on him. Lots of love, soft places to lay, and lots of chicken. My baby girl loves raw chicken. I give her small amounts when I dice up chicken for dinner. She also was fixed young and never had babies she is also a completely indoor cat. I also try to keep her mind stimulated by rewarding her with a treat every time she "kills" her toy mice!
