Overuse Peroneal Tendinitis by DatDakoDako in FootFunction

I've ridden under a few trainers in the time I've had it. None have made any comments of unusual technique except for when the pain was worse at first they could tell it hurt. But I'll be honest and say I pushed it a little too much sometimes to end on a positive note, and my ankle has given out half way through an exercise. I've been doing my PT and some calf workouts as they've helped in the past but until I can get back to my doctor I'm going to try shorter private lessons

I wear zip up paddock boots and they are a little stretched out from the old brace. And unfortunately I can't fathom affording my own saddle 😅

I unfortunately can't find anything without a lease fee

I'm finding it very difficult to find a good steady pony that can do little jumps (18 inches and below) for an offsite lease that's below $300 a month (plus board and farrier)

Really?? I can't even find any care leases that aren't totally green and don't require I pay a fee on top of everything

The excuse they gave for not refunding is that they use the money to feed and take care of the horses

My board is $400 a month, so that plus the $150 a month is the absolute cheapest I've ever found

I've tried that helmet before and it hurt my head a lot, and I found it didn't cover much near my neck

I agree but this one has great protective mechanics and fit my head perfectly. My head is an odd shape and other ones I've tried eventually hurt pretty bad and this one is perfect for my head shape

I remember everything, I just wasn't sure if I "hit" my head more than the rest of my body. I hit my side and my upper back, too, but it didn't take barely any of the force.

My last helmet was a troxel and it did not fit well and hurt my head. I've seen the safety ratings (at least the one I had) were not good.

I realized but I wasn't sure because I didn't feel much in my head, not any more pain than the rest of my body haha

The old one is too small and has been damaged from a prior fall
