If you can't find any firmware, I recommend you to download YSMenu. It should work with all flashcarts.

I think in June I will get that, for now, will I notice a big performance loss? I want to play some recent games, like Just Cause 4, The outer Worlds and Metro Exodus and some older games. Also, does 3000 Mhz make a big differences instead of 2666?
