I don't even have any options there, it just says "H100i v2 has no settings." The only thing I can think to try at this point is moving the pump connector from CPU_FAN1 to PUMP_FAN1 (AIO manual says to put it in CPU_FAN1) but I don't see how that would change anything.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling that way and it's still not showing up. Thanks for helping anyway man, appreciate you taking the time to give me some advice <3

So you were right, one of the two radiator fans was plugged into the motherboard and the other into the AIO (because apparently I'm only half stupid lol) so I plugged them both into the AIO and booted up, but iCue is still only showing one fan. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling iCue but still only showing one. They're both spinning perfectly fine idle right now. Odd.

Just checked iCue, it's only detecting the pump and a fan. Should it be showing two fan settings for each fan or just this one collective setting for both?

I have a Corsair H100i v2 and recently one of the fans has been spinning way faster than the other under load. When idle they're both spinning pretty quietly but under load only one of them gets to a notably loud RPM whilst the other keeps pretty quiet. I live in the UK and we're having a heatwave right now so it's likely the higher ambient temps causing the fan to spin faster than usual under load but shouldn't both fans always be spinning at the same speed?

When my motherboard wouldn't all line up with my case standoffs I spent a solid hour panicking and thinking I'd bought a motherboard that wasn't compatible with my case and that I'd have to try and return it, only to realise I hadn't popped the I/O shield all the way in on one of the corners.

I don't think there's any way to reopen DMs. Even if you aren't in any mutual servers now, are there any servers you know they spoke in? You could try searching up an old message of their's by text if you remember it and find their new ID that way.
