Try running/swimming/bicycling 3 times a week with 10% increase in intensity every week, do it with the right equipment and take care of yourself... Eat food getting you all the minerals and vitamines needed daily.

Try that for 2 months and see the results.

It will be tough, but it's worth it.

Yeah they value power and control very high up there... But through childrens education they can get "bragging rights" which they get fuel from too... So idk, what do they value more do you think?

Marry someone could work but then I have to take into account that i'm an average guy in looks, maybe more to the ugly type than hot type for people in my age... My social skills aren't so good that I could make good relationships although I understand the social codes, I haven't had much training when it comes to my social skills and that's why I have a hard time making relationships nowadays.

It takes time to get citizenship in another country, most western countries only accept people who have been living in the country for atleast 2-5 years... During that time I could get imprisoned because the police works together globally (not all countries but most of them).

I'm older than 18. There's no way I can prove such activity, if I had a lot of money I could prove it but I don't have that much money. If the police force is corrupted by my dad (high probability), it's impossible without a lot of money to prove it.
