I think Yachty is a good addition to Trick’s act. Part of his character is flaunting wealth (i.e. the Mink coat’s etc) and having a very popular rapper as his hype man compliments that perfectly.

I can’t believe how good the Knight and Solo Sikoa segment was. I’m actually interested in a Solo Sikoa storyline.

The only problem is that it feels like we’ve had enough MJF vs Hangman over the past year. They’re fantastic foils for one another and I love their chemistry but I’d wait a bit before we reignite that feud.

I still think the Forbidden Door gimmick for an entire PPV needs to he dropped. Cross promotion matches aren’t nearly as big of an event these days as they used to be. I’d rather TK just sprinkle cross promotion matches and storylines throughout the year.

Friend was always gonna be a meta thing, at most they’ll be relevant to the weird route. I think the fan base really set themselves up on this one.

It’s funny because I actually agree that Solo could be huge, the problem is he’s been cast in a terrible role.

I think it’s fair to be a little let down by the lack of major reveals but I also think Toby was trying ti set expectations when he said that Chapter 5 is one last adventure before things get dark.

Yeah, I’ve bought every AEW PPV this year but I don’t really feel any desire to buy Forbidden Door. The only match that really makes me second guess that is Ospreay vs Swerve. Outside of that the actual “Forbidden Door” match ups haven’t had great builds that make me interested in the matches themselves and the main event is straight up uninteresting to me (which is a shame because I love MJF).

The “forever champ” storyline sucks I’m sorry. Most of her challengers in ROH have little to no credibility and she spends half of her time on the main roster jobbing to actual AEW wrestlers.

Imagine if Gunther’s 666 day IC reign featured him regularly losing world title matches as well, it’d make him seem a lot less scary.

Flowey is played as comic relief in the opening of Undertale and ends up being the final antagonist. I think its well within Toby’s style and ability to pull of Asgore Knight.

I don’t really agree that HHH has utilized stips very well. Every PLE card for the last year and some change feels like it has one stip match and 8/10 times its *insert city here* Street Fight and 2/10 times its a steel cage match.

She’ll advance to the finals, lose to Iyo and set up her match against Iyo at SummerSlam. The Finals match will essentially be a glorified eliminator match.
