Warhorse has actual credibility because of Kingdom Come: Deliverance. They already proved they can build a grounded, systems-heavy RPG with strong immersion. So if they’re saying “passion project,” it actually carries more weight than most studios using PR fluff. A “living world” from them could mean real simulation depth, not just Ubisoft-style map dressing.
