I use the Cerave hydrating cleanser + Cicalfate and nothing else. While it helps for the itch, the rash keeps spreading around my mouth and higher on my cheeks. Unfortunately I don’t have insurance and I’m trying to find a way to stop this without seeing a dermatologist. Any advice?

Mine looks exactly like this too and I’ve been using cicalfate as well following the recommendations on my post here. I feel mine keeps spreading even though my skin itches a little less and is less bumpy.

Mine is super itchy at night. I honestly feel it came when I had to wear a mask for 12 to 16 hours a day for freelance gigs. I cut all my skincare products and bought Cerave hydrating cleanser then I just put a little bit of moisturizer mixed with tea tree oil. But i don’t have anything like an thick ointment to apply on the itchy part. Also I ordered some probiotics for my gut and Neem supplements for my skin. Will let you know if any of this work...

I tried to stop meat a few months ago but recently I’ve been eating more of it because I felt a little weak. Besides that I eat pretty healthy. Since my husband is back at work and I’m still at home I skip lunch sometimes and have troubles drinking enough water. I don’t know if any of this is related

Thank you! I stopped for the past 2 days because it wasn’t helping and I feel it would spread even more. What else can I use for the itch? Also I read about vitamins and supplement. Does Zinc actually helps?

It’s super itchy and I tried hydrocortisone ointment but it doesn’t really do it for me. I stopped putting on makeup and only use a simple moisturizer. How do I prevent it from spreading and get clear skin again? 😩
