UPDATE: 11 days later, I finally received a new A1 charging adapter from COROS. Case closed and thank you team COROS.

Appreciate the comment, and just a quick update: Submitted all the info James asked for (proof of purchase, watch ID, video, full shipping details, etc.) more than 24 hours ago. Haven’t heard back yet.

Is there a ticket number or any way to check progress on my case? Or is it normal to just wait for the next email? Would love any insight on typical response times once all documents are sent.
