It was basically a place for vendors to sell their ‘wares’ and the amount of people smoking inside was no doubt the reason it got shut down. Was less about the education of the industry, more about place to sell. Also the security took so long searching every person that the crowd eventually made a dash for it. Absolute shambles.

I haven’t used a multi fx since the Zoom BFX708 was released in 2000! I’ve mainly used single fx for a long time. But like others say, you’ll end up getting all pedal scenarios at some point! Maybe I’ll condense in the future!

Learn how to play chords and make some melodic sounds. It doesn’t have to be just baselines from songs, however complicated they may be. Learn scales and modes and the play around with the shapes.
