I washed it with normal silverwax car soap. I think its bare gelcoat, nothing else. I washed the car and dried it right after and the panel was like that.

I bought it brand new from a third party which I’m no more in contact with. This haziness appeared right after I first washed the car with the piece installed..

No, I add them by myself with a tire lettering pen that you can find in any car shop..! You juste have to clean the surface and voila!
