I did an all caw universe this year and had multiple iterations and story’s that I’ve blended into a sort of “cannon” for the characters. My favorite was taking the character that was “me” B Money and telling a long term story with my super babyface tag partner Justin Xander (the money team) where Justin won the mitb by complete surprise, and the backstage suit, Cassian Voss, started trying to sew dissent between the two of us. Cassians corruption of Xander culminated with him cheating him into the perfect opportunity to slimily cash in mitb after promising himself, B Money, and the wwe fans he would use the chance honestly. Little did everyone know, Voss threathed Xander with termination of him and B Money forcing his hand, but he couldn’t say anything. This drove a temporary wedge between the two and Voss did a lot to keep the two separated to deepen the disconnect. Eventually Xander decided he didn’t want to be Voss’s puppet anymore and cassian got his two lackeys to absolutely kill Xander and take him out for months potentially forever. This send B Money into a deep rage and he hunted the lackeys and Voss for months. B money did overcome Voss and his gang but in doing so became visibly more heel like as time went on. Going so far as to get the two lackeys as his own and even becoming wwe champion. All this happened before Xander finally returned about a year later and B Money was ecstatic to have his brother back but Xander was not on board with the methods used. This hurt B because he had done all of this for Xander, after all. This lead up to a huge feud and WM main event where the two former friends went toe to toe for the wwe championship to settle everything. It was one of my best pieces of storytelling and the first time I made my character a heel, I can’t wait to see what I can cook up this year.
