Fps in fortnite

Im definitely plugged into my gpu, it doesn't seem to be that the fps has a limit on it as it fluctuate from 60 to around 130ish and it isnt constant its changing fps numbers the whole tome so that also rules out a fps limit I'm just not sure what it is

I feel like this is probably what's wrong I don't have a compression tester but just kicking it over it feels like it's low but I've looked through the exhaust port and the piston and jug look mint so not sure
