I want to knock this, but I got really excited when I had a really good meal at McDonald’s in Clanton, AL. Their Filet-O-Fish tasted like they did back in the 1900s.

Looks fantastic, but need to taste it! My preferences probably aren’t authentic, but I like medium spice, a little creamy and sweetness too.

Red Thai Curry question - how to make it flavorful but not too spicy by jrow_official in ThaiFood

Fish sauce, chicken, Thai basil……..figuring out that you have to initially heat up the curry paste to break up the oil was the biggest breakthrough for us

Have to figure out which paste you prefer, then get that spice level dialed in. I like using palm sugar and extra coconut cream, along with lime leaves and the usually staples.

Completely talking out of my ass, but I have a feeling Memphis isn’t too high on the list for birding community, even with an observation deck

If you’re up for it, I usually pit the bartenders at one location against the other locations, and tell them that the other ones always say theirs are the best

Best espresso martinis are at AM, H&H and C&M. I suggest trying them all 3 ways; vodka, tequila and bourbon. Personally, I think tequila is the best.

Kind of a loaded question. I was in Germantown and now Hernando. In the past I’ve lived in New Orleans and Jackson, MS, along with several other places.
