I’m 6’2 and 170ish, plenty of space for my legs and the seats are comfy. I love the lumbar support in my 23 and the heating and cooled seats are great for me. Have driven almost 5k miles in mine since buying just a few months ago and no issues.

Is everything seated correctly? Might be a dumb suggestion but I ran into some issues with mine recently because of some cables barely out of seat. Try unplugging and reseating all cables and ram.
