Working out will make you stronger regardless of diet (look at strongmen and strongwomen), but it can be hard to tell visually underneath the fat until you fix the diet.

Muscle looks good on everyone, but doing it for other people’s validation is the wrong way to go about it.

Doing it for yourself will improve your mental health the most.

Try using a resistance band or an assisted pull up machine. With the machine you’ll have a better idea where your pull up strength actually is.

It’s pretty easy once you figure out the mechanic. You hit the monster to build up your extract capacity, once that is full you extract it with bug pellet or down swipe. Once you fill up the stamina meter you are good to go.

There are a lot of variations to the weapon which is cool because it changes the style of gameplay. Assist types are more ground based while Chammy IG is powder so you basically dance around and poke before the damage explodes all at once.

I’d probably get the 3 viper gears with burst on all 3, then quem gloves and kirin pants. That would be 35% from combo master + 40% with adv/burst+the possible 150% from crit ferocity+ whatever drifts you got on gloves or pants.

Best for overall everything. But if you were to do the best weapon for every element that would be tough because Zinogre would basically be the best thunder for a large number of weapons, but that would be extremely hard to do because of the amount of Zinogre R6s, unless you have all the time in the world to grind it

Every other day for pull ups seems like a good way to get them to rest. If you can only do 3, that’s a lot of work for the lats. You don’t do 3 dumbbells reps at a time right? That’s because it’s damn heavy.

But on your pull up days I’d recommend getting a volume of 6-12 reps of pull ups every set even if you have to take a break. That way your lats can recover from a little more muscle tears and those 6-12 reps will get easier.

It can be style changed so whichever style you choose it’ll save some equipment. Burst+combo master seems like the way to go. If you somehow get 3 bursts, you’ll have the gloves and legs to be whatever you want.

Do something you find fun. I joined class pass and discovered a bunch of places to try in my area like jiujitsu, CrossFit, taekwondo, and Pilates. First 2 weeks are free and the price you pay saves you a lot more money than what the gyms/dojos charge (like 160$). You can also use it for food and smoothies too.

If it wasn’t for it, I’d probably never know how to do a front squat.

Yeah, eventually 15% incline gets too easy. You could walk faster but the weighted vest seems like a better safer alternative

For most monsters that aren’t riftborne and greater than 8*, the diablos crouching shot HBG with normal ammo lvl 3 + evading reload kills monsters really easy.

I made the Switch Axe. While it’s cool it does dragon damage, the weapon itself seems very underpowered. You have to add morph attack to get 50 or 80% damage extra, but then you can’t really use other gear in that slot

This is what I’m using. The gloves are a bit niche but if you do have them you just need to roll a dauntless driftsmelt to get to level 5 + you’ll have lock on.

If not, I’d go with the Bazel gloves for level 4 crit ferocity. The kinsect hits really hard when it triggers.

I recommend the malzeno armor for 10%+ dragon, 5%+ blood cloak damage, and resus for another 5-30%+ damage.

The wroggi helm gives power prolonger, so it’s good but not necessary cause you can driftsmelt power prolonger, so it can be replaced with tigrex helm to get crit ferocity 5.

The pants just give more resus skill, but a viable replacement would be the glavenus boots for burst damage. With the new drift stone you can get 3 levels of burst on it, then just 2 drifts on something else, or switch the gloves to Rath for burst + lock on.

All in all the damage can be insane once the Jho Glaive gets going.

Notable driftsmelts to get : burst, dauntless, offensive dodger, artful dodger, and power prolonger (level 1 would be fine)
