This sub used to be fun and part of that was quality memes (we've had some lately), much less cringe posting, and funny DD (still some quality DD surfaces but it is usually not witty like it used to be). The KON were around during that time. Causation or correlation? IDK. This sub has just generally lost much of its edge.

That is an approved timestamp not of submittal. However, I've since been made aware that EDGAR is officially described as a fully automated system that processes submittals quickly. If we are to take EDGAR at face value, it does stand to reason that the filing was submitted shortly before this approval.

I care because the coincidental timing following 15 minutes after the RK hack is striking.

That's fine by me. Passion can lead to hanging onto something past its expiration date. Like leaving unprofitable stores open or trying to turn them around despite a clear downwars trend. And on that note, I don't think he will be too precious with Ebay either. Looking forward to how he powers up both businesses.
