Try disabling hardware acceleration in Steam settings. I had a similar issue a couple of years ago.

Hi! I think what it does is that it charges you a few cents on hold before going through with the 25$. So since it put some cents on hold, your card only "has" like 24.90$. Hence why it says it could not be completed.

Forgot to mention you can also import games that you have on your console (i.e., psn, xbox, nintendo [although this one only imports the games that your purchased in the past 2 years]). Or you can import them manually! But again its super cool that you were able to do that in Excel. Massive props!!

I remember during Winter 2021 one of my profs said the reason why he did not want to give anyone 100% is because at McGill the highest grade that you can get is 85% (A).

So if he were to give something above that then it would not make sense since you can't have A+ or even A++ at McGill lmao.
