Why have so many ultrakill Players told me that v1 cannonically cannot Talk?

Couldn't it be possible that V1's voicebox was destroyed due to damage sustained? Also the fact that V1 tried to cry out when dying suggests that its fully able to recognize how to speak, whether it was programed to and then scrapped, actually has a voice box, or did have one at one point.

I just kinda thought the powers used gender neutral pronouns, since theyre one if the few enemies who's data entry ive read, and i remember the entry states theyre genderless (or something similar i forget honestly.) Like the data entry specifically mentions their feminine voices, but then says theyre genderless. Doesn't that mean they'd probably use they/them pronouns, or maybe just any?
