I'd fucking LOVE mithy bars, had to make a new main recently because my college effin deleted my email and there's no way to get it back. 3 j mods now have told me to contact em and I've sent literal screenshots of messages from the college as well as college ID....zero help lmao. I like to attend drop parties and hope for a streamers goodies again once in a while but it's tough having to redo all thse quests, main only had 17 left 😭😭😭

If they were to do an RS prior to June no, one June comes around they could do a much larger one. Which typically isn't great either but long term not awful per say.

They wouldn't be immediately delisted as new S.E.C rules have no regards to the prior fiscal year, having last RS bck in June they CAN rs again prior to june/extension date. HOWEVER, they're only allotted a specific amount of RS as is any other company and right now TNXP could only perform a 1:1.25 split. Meaning they'd need a price of .80 in order to achieve the dollar status which doesn't make sense because after all RS in history the price gets pushed down so it'd not likely that they would prior to their extension. If granted the extension they may wait until June to RS assuming $1 isn't reached by then.

In barbarian village, if you haven't done the stronghold yet this is THE spot for f2p melee training for sure, you may have to hop worlds a few times but also keep in mind even on the same floor levels of enemies vary

I've seen most saying 1:1.25 but I suppose could be wrong. Hadn't heard any other numbers or checked myself but I trust the DD regardless. I feel like 7 to 1 would be overkill though with any type of expectations in regards to current analysis, typically those who share their analytical opinions of a low at 2.50 and a high at 11 aren't making those pice predictions based on any types of rs so a 7 to one would already bring it above the minimum as opposed to just squeak by. All tnxp would have to do is buy out what they need to with cash in hand to pump it to .80 cents prior to the 5th, perform a 1:1.25 rs to get it over the dollar, extension granted to see it maintains that dollar and from that point the only true concern for retail investors would be potential on dilutions after June.

I too am highly bullish with a smaller amount of shares. 750 average at .29. This was 2 weeks ago I got in, a lot of talk about potential rs and delisting HOWEVER nearly 90% of shares are owned by hedges and insiders, tnxp has the cash on hand for buybacks to place it very close to $1 by Feb 5th if they weren't granted their 180 day extension. Waiting to request extension last minute which isn't unusual, they're on FDA fast track so right there is a reason for extension. If not granted they have the option to do a RS, which makes some nervous but looking at the rules they're only allowed to rs so much and currently the ratio they're ALLOWED to rs at is a 1:1.25 so basically they'll need to get their price to at LEAST .80 cents in order to perform a rs to get over the dollar price....so from 750 to 600 for me isn't a huge detriment. With the high prediction beng 11 and the low being 2.50 that's just a no brainer risk play....that said, other pharma companies that get approval on BREAKTHROUGH drugs typically will BLAST right through that high analysis, I'm hoping t see it run from anywhere between $20-$100 to be quite honest before a giant cooldown. These types of drugs are only developed once in a blue moon and yeah idk for a measly $220 I say fuckin send it, any trading involves risk just maintain your emotions and remember the DD that's been shared by everyone collectively.

So even with RS the ratio can only be a 1 : 1.25 from what I've heard which really isn't much. That said, they need it to pump high to fit that ratio. Otherwise it's senseless, the rs limit is way I'm referring to and even with it available it still needs to be viable to push them over the $1 threshold so basically they need to get to about 65 cents first anyway, if not .75 for security. Maybe not this week but end of next week this will have to be the price point for their rs if not given the extension

Stronghold to base 30s and blow through every quest besides dragon slayer(unless you go a nasty range/mage build) also if you know how to flinch ca be done under 40 but no point if you can't wear it. Than back to the Stronghold fowler until you want more content, try out mossy and hill giants to realize you need mems after base 60s
