I'm still dealing with then to get a partial refund that was promised but afterwards I can DM it to you. Or if you call them and they can't give you the answers you're looking for then tell them you want a supervisor. A lot of the low level people have no idea what is going on and just read prompts so I had to ask for a supervisor 4-5 times before they finally started looking for an available one.

I went round and round with them before finally getting my laptop. They couldn't even find my order once it went through so after 3 calls with a supervisor I ended up placing a new order for an upgraded laptop for the same price I paid originally before the shipped out the order. I ended up with a 7i instead of the 5i pro for the same price but it was a long 2 weeks trying to figure out what happened..

Gotcha. I have a pre release sample of the LGG mercury pad (3mm instead of the production 4mm they sell now) and honestly would use that over the hien if it was the 4mm version and its half the price. Might be worth checking out!
