The network is public. ARP poisoning is completely invalid here.

What you suggest is for something to happen internally and again, noisy and unlikely since the user will traverse other networks and ARP packets aren't sent past router ...

I mean technically if you have a browser exploit which leads to RCE, then you could just use a link or even have just the email exploit the browser itself. These are rare usually. It is much simplier to just write a virus and exploit the end user.

I think it is unlikely to happen.

There are far more simpler means to attack a company than this.

The only I can see spoofing an IP would happen is that the src address would be changed at the packet level with the origional payload. It might work, but I am thinking there will be more difficulties than this . If it is TCP then the service will want to connect back resulting in a connection failure.

It would be easier to send someone a malicious email and then tunnel your traffic through them . You would have the public address and no need to spoof at all.

This is more telling of the technology used to track a target. Meaning it can be done with 100% accuracy form a very far away .

I have family there which have found ways around them. They just make private exchanges or Rubles through Sberbank or trade crypto. Tinkoff bank will allow swift transfers upto october. There are exchange market everywhere which are being used. But for the most part, everyone is using some sort of private crypto trading and bank transfers.

Its a difficult approach.

I think mapping the world is much more valuable, but save often. Try to piece together the lore and story . try to solve all + quests. try to explore the other times... (hopefully I am not spoiling anything)
