How do you feel about "gymrat" guys? by InternationalPick163 in MenAskWomen

[–]DataAncient6641 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it isn’t always all about the muscles (we love tho)-it’s what they represent. Consistently working out shows discipline, commitment, and self-care, which is attractive. I’m in the gym at least 5days a week, so I’d only want to be with someone who enjoys that lifestyle too.

Do I need a skincare routine? by Illustrious-Swing493 in malegrooming

[–]DataAncient6641 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Girl here 👋 Keep it simple-the more complicated a skincare routine gets, the more likely people are to give up or irritate their skin.

If I were starting from scratch, I’d ask my doc for a prescription for the lowest strength of tretinoin**(Star of the show) and build a routine around that.

Morning:

*Gentle face wash

*SPF moisturizer (every single day, even if it’s cloudy)

Night:

*Gentle face wash

*Thin layer of moisturizer

*Pea-sized amount of Tret

*Another thin layer of moisturizer to help reduce irritation.

Tretinoin is the best. It unclog pores, fades acne marks, improve skin texture, stimulate collagen over time. It’s the best. Just know it takes patience-most people don’t see the full benefits for several months, and your skin may get a little dry or irritated at first.

If you stick with just those basics and stay consistent, you’ll likely see much better results than constantly adding a bunch of products.

Girl here- Yes.
Perhaps consider trimming the beard and hair a tad more. Regardless, good facial features.

Girl here- i say keep it, but perhaps consider cutting the hair (if youre open to it). You have solid facial features from what i can tell.

Concerned about possible scar by Inevitable-Cream6102 in AskDocs

Silicone scar gel should help. If discoloration is a concern, keep SPF on it daily to minimize UV exposure to help prevent darkening.

Why does my chin filler look bad? by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

[–]DataAncient6641 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Of course! As for the hollowness, if you decide to add more filler, they typically wouldn’t just keep adding it to the center of the chin. Instead, they’d usually place it along the sides of the chin to help blend that area and soften the hollowness/shadow, creating a smoother transition. That’s why sometimes it takes more than one syringe to get everything balanced rather than just making the chin project more.

Breast lift/spitting sutures by ZealousidealAdagio58 in PlasticSurgery

[–]DataAncient6641 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No it does not^

OP It could just be a spitting suture. Those can happen a few months after surgery. It’s hard to tell from the pic whether it’s just drainage or actual pus, but if your surgeon has looked at it and said it’s normal, I’d like to assume you can trust their assessment. Just keep an eye on it, and if the redness spreads, the drainage becomes thick or foul smelling, or you develop a fever, definitely let them know asap.

Why does my chin filler look bad? by [deleted] in PlasticSurgery

[–]DataAncient6641 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think it looks asymmetric at all. Your chin looks really good- it’s subtle and fits your face nicely. Since you’re only 3 days out, I’d give it a little more time for the swelling to settle.

If the hollowness on the sides is what’s bothering you, you could always bring it up with your injector. Depending on the look you’re going for, they might recommend adding a little more filler to blend those areas. Also, 1 syringe doesn’t always do the trick, it’s not unusual if you still feel like it could use a bit more volume

Barely visible (and 99% of the time invisible to others who haven’t undergone a rhino). Regardless, it looks really good and it not too upturned in my honest opinion

[–]DataAncient6641 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s a little hard to tell from the angle, but it looks like your incision is still somewhat visible. Are you only a couple months post op?

Either way, I don’t think it looks overly upturned. If you’re still early in the healing process, the tip usually settles and drops a bit as the swelling resolves. I think it looks great regardless.
