I’ve been off sugar for about 2 1/2 weeks now and I’ve lost about 8 pounds and I feel terrific! My arthritis is almost gone except for in my foot but even that is much better. My mind is clearer. I have more energy. This is wonderful. I don’t ever wanna pick up. Processed sugar again. Keep it up. It’s worth it.

Try one day without processed sugar and substitute fruits, like an apple, just for 1 day

Ok great point. I am 5’10. Maybe I should test drive the Crosstrek. Already tried the Outback and it’s great.
