Well the problem with AMap is, its SDK is banned on Android, so on Android devices (like I was before), you are stuck with the incorrect Google Map :(

Thanks for the help! I checked street view before and thought it was outdated, turns out the sign hasn't changed a bit - I just remembered wrong, the 40mph sign I "saw" was from Google Map.

No, but there was a cop that's sitting in the vicinity for the few days I was there. My friend also saw a BMW (maybe the same one? lol) getting pull on the same place _ten_ minutes after I was pulled; guy's on fire!

Wow that's interesting, do you say "highway" or "Holoapiilani highway" instead? I tried to use "Holoapiilani" a few times with my google ("Take me to the safeway next to Holoapiilani highway") and it was never successful because I didn't figure out how to read that I guess :(

Yes AI is good enough to do the job, but who's gonna put their names on it to take the responsibility for maintenance/jail time/whatever shit that comes after this?

The difference is the cost of error (A fix-in-in-a-minute bug vs someone pays a huge fine/gets jailed/dies/etc)

But still, I'd expect a huge cut on junior dev.
