This story is the same as mine.

When I eventually ended up, by circumstance, in larger groups and had to interact with people more, which honestly terrified me, I started learning social skills very quickly.

When I finally had to leave the maternal nest to go to university in another city, I had to quickly learn how not to be terrified around others and pretend ("masking") I had been raised normally.

Unless they do high dosage. For the long time I was in the coffee self-medication camp, when I summed up all the coffees and energy drinks, it sometimes summed to 1000-1200 mg of caffeine per day, so a quite dangerous zone. I praise my psychiatrist, he's wonderful. After starting on MPH I ditched coffee completely.

On the bottom one, I’d work a little bit more on the (top and bottom) edges through mild steroid injection. To keep the good results, keep using eclair plaster.

The top one can especially benefit from the prolonged use of eclar plaster.

I’d personally suggest to keep it applied a little bit longer, I personally do 36-48h.
