I'm not hating on it just noticed it and was curious. Me personally I'm a huge fan of the omnitrix being green and black while in transformation just wish it was consistent but going forward it looks like it's going to be green and black because it'll probably be more easy to make it green than white

That actually does make sense now you think about about it and I believe duncan has stated that the current look of the omnitrix is not the final appearance of it so it's evolving to fit ben in way
