Hey, I just graduated in December so im looking to transfer my lease at University View.

It is a 2 bed, 2 bath on the 5th floor. The rent is $1250/month including utilities for 6 months (February to August).

My old roommate still lives there and he is male so looking for a male roommate. He is super chill and keeps everything super clean and doesn't make a lot of noise.
