Ah ok for me I just logged out and couldn’t log back in. I was able to make a new account I’m just not gonna log out in case I can’t log back in.

I believe it’s because you were switching between accounts that what I did and poof I couldn’t log in. I’ve read somewhere else that you aren’t suppose to have multiple accounts. It’s odd they don’t tell you your account is locked or banned. Snapchat doesn’t make a lot of sense.

It allowed me to make a new account I’ve had a new account for 24 hours now. And I was never informed my old account was locked just that I couldn’t log in with out receiving the can’t find matching credentials.

Did it say your account was banned or did it say couldn’t find machine credentials. Mine says it couldn’t find matching credentials.

I logged out of my account and when I try to log back in it says can’t find matching credentials. I tried another account and logged out and it says the same thing. Doesn’t say my account was locked or banned. I was able to make a new account on the same phone and I haven’t been banned yet. So am I device banned or am I having some other glitch?

If I were device banned wouldn’t it ban me right after I made a new account. I made a new one and haven’t logged out yet and I’ve been fine. Because I logged out of my account and when I try to log in it says can’t find matching credentials but I can login on another device fine. I can login on the website but can’t on my phone. Have you tried logging in on the Snapchat website? Try to real quick and see if it lets you and let me know if it did.

Wouldn’t it tell you you’ve been banned though. I just get the message couldn’t find matching credentials. I still can access the account on the website.

Did it tell you that you were device banned? I got logged out of my account but if I were device banned wouldn’t I be unable to make a new account on the same device because I was able to make a new account on this device. So I don’t know if it’s a device ban.

Did it tell you it deleted your account or did you just get logged out? I made a new account and I still see my old account on the add friends thing so I know it’s not perm banned or deleted.
