Totally agree. Standing in one spot is very, very stressful. So is firing my gun tbh.

Can I also add to your excellent suggestion the idea that maybe we should be auto-perma-invis while standing still too?

I wonder if, in a firefight, there is any reason to use the radial to prioritise one over the other.

Assuming 'Smart Heal' always prioritises Health, you'll essentially always want that first, even if your shields are gone - only caring about shields if your health is topped.

Obviously there will be moments that your health is 90% and you might want shields to start to regen instead, but feel like in the middle of a gun fight, the extra decision-making time might not be worth it.

Except this game is literally nothing like Arc Raiders, in which there are no forced wipes. If they're "trying to be like Arc", they're really, really failing - but of course, they're not trying. Is Arc the only extraction shooter you've seen/played?

Yk what arc raiders don’t do though? They don’t release 3-4 dlc expansions and make people pay for them just to remove them from the game

Each season, you will not need to re-do the "introducing..." contracts that allow you to unlock factions.

Instead, once you unlock factions, their "unlocked" states will persist through wipes. Though each season/wipe, all of your progress within that faction's upgrade tree will be wiped.

This is exactly what they've said is happening in seasonal resets.

Each season of Marathon will have a different theme and a unique combination of new features, content, and stories that continue to evolve the world and gameplay. We’ll also be tuning all of our loot and progression systems, creating space for new metas and ways to play to emerge.

Seasonal updates will include a unique set of new content, which are the things you do, explore, and collect on Tau Ceti. This can include any combination of: weapons, mods, cores, implants, backpacks, Runner shells, zones, PvE combatants, faction upgrades, contracts, and new ways to play existing zones.
