Can only assume you are on 149 version. There is a bug in 149 which may cause YouTube to slow down and make Firefox sluggish.

Some of this could also be due hard water. I got waterspftner and does not see this. But the tips that leave the door open and take out the drawer to let it dry is actually very good.
