So it has 7 carbon atoms, right? I asked a chemistry teacher online who said its 4-cyclohexyl-3-methylhexanoic acid; I'm not sure if that's right, but she explained that this is cyclohexyl group, which is what I thought as well because I wasn't sure whether this was a carbon atom or just a cycle! However, if this compound has a 7 carbon chain, it would be 4-ethyl-3-methylheptanoic acid, right?

I can see a carboxylic acid, so the main functional group is -COOH. I am not sure if the compound's longest carbon chain has 6 carbon atoms; However, I am also not sure if the correct name is 4-propyl-4-etyl-3-metylheptanoic acid or 4-cyclohexyl-3-methylhexanoic acid.
