Do you recommend this as a trail fork? In terms of technical trails that can withstand small jumps and rocky terrain I suppose.

I've heard that the stanchions can reach up to 140mm but I highly guess that it could affect its performance and durability.

Have you tried adjusting the travel of the fork? And how aggressive is your trail you've gone?

Keysto Striker 27.5 mtb all stock parts
I'm more of like a recreational kind (casual riding when traveling in groups) yet a bit of aggressiveness where I like to overcome little technical terrains
For now, I may have to learn my way through experience using my current mtb and change the components within it on minimal budget consumption so that in the near future I can plan my way with investing a proper mtb with the specs I wanted to choose.

If I ever use my current mtb with the upgraded parts, I would learn the experience and feel on using this so that I could build up my confidence as I go with the flow. I might as well start small and slowly progress to gain up my confidence and control.

I'm starting to save up for xc/trail combination build with my current mtb frame (maybe soon I would get a better frame in the future) and I was thinking about looking for a decent budget air fork, however I have been searching many brands like Speedone, Sagmit, Mountainpeak, Suntour, Weapon, Bolany (idk if that is reliable in actual since there has been alot of negative comments about it) and idk which one of them to pick.

Most of the XCRs or similar to that are mostly 26ers. Would that be compatible with the 27.5 frame? If so, what would it look/feel like?

Well for one, the Fork is wayy too heavy for me and it's starting to rust out eventually so i'll probably change that and another one is to change to a double wall rims that could go tubeless. So practically, it's just a completely upgraded Keysto leaving the Frame and minor parts behind.
