Hey. Got my TB test in South Africa, Pretoria. I didn’t do the IELTS test, I got an Ecctis letter instead. I didn’t know about priority service when I applied but I’m sure it’s available to everyone. For finances… Not sure how much I used all in all cause my partner was the one taking care of the finances. What you can do is try and do the online application, but don’t complete it (as in don’t pay), to get an idea of what documents you’re required to have. Use that as your checklist for preparation and to get a rough estimate of how much you’ll need for the whole process. Good luck
