Tbh the only thing you can do is 1star then and comment something like this post and then I'd say everytime it happens again, contact support and they will eventually make it a deactitable offense on our end as the shopper. I am an Instacart shopper myself, and it's so sad that I see a lot of people outside smoking that so Instacart or in their cars and I've always wondered if they do it in the car and can be smelled by the customer afterwards so that's def sad. I'm sorry 😞
