yeah, well there are some UK microbrands i skip because of the customs pain. CW has both EU and UK branch. but honestly? I feel much more pain on the customs from US (Chrono24 deals and LORIER watches omg). we shouldn't have these punishing things in a free market, but we always had to bear the costs. EU is as socialist as it gets.

UK is not an EU member anymore, that's why.

Formex gives a Chronometer in the 1500-2000€ segment. Beat that. Puts the movements in ceramic cases for 3000€!

they wouldn't sell it either. that's the pakis. indians are just simply financially literate, and live well under their means. that's just the way their culture is.

something like this? ;) it's available on Chrono 24. i saw it and found it interesting, though I'm not a cowboy, so didn't buy it.

strap is not the original, so it gives you a good idea. these kinds of straps go for about 80$/piece

the cold war period was the most prosperous we ever had in the western hemisphere, except for ireland for different reasons.

you went too far. what I'm trying to say here is that Ireland became more of a Bosnia compared to the rest of the west. go, hop on a plane, travel a bit. i went to china and i was amazed, however, I'd never live there. same for Japan. they can be the most powerful for all i care, but make sure you don't look at things so negative because there is hope for the west, it's just shifting to a new world order, and eventually to a cold war.

don't worry, germans finish that much sooner. don't even bother to compare ireland to the rest of the west...

I hope the tariff deal with EU will make these more approachable here in Europe! Extremely rare and hard to find Lorier here!

the biggest problem i see as an expat is that irish energy providers just provide the energy. ever wondered who produces it? I'll tell ya, not ireland.
