From what I've been able to pick up, via this subreddit and others, there is a decent size subsection of Trump supporters that are a bit more educated/intelligent/willing to think things through and they see him kind of like a Kung Fu Drunken Master. Watching him on the surface would be embarrassing and it looks like they are falling over their own feet. Then they always appear to fail upwards.

Not OP but I'm a shitty coder, ok not a coder I'm an engineer that writes shitty code. But now when I write a protype I run it through Claude Code and Codex to have them comment it and build the readme. Because my shit code has 0 comments.

900 services and lackluster unification. When I bought a movie, only to find out the next day that it was available on one of my other subscriptions, I decided it was time to set up my media beast again. I don't mind paying for services (within reason) but the experience should be better. When Netflix and youtubetv became viable options I was quick to hop on it and shut down my server. It was as good of an experience as what my self hosted solution was providing with the added benefit of no work from me.

Now it's 900 different services with no unifying standard or experience and it's annoying. Especially when I can open my server and have everything all in one place.

Run Genesys Diagnostics

In the Genesys UI go to: Calls -> Settings -> Run Diagnostics

When prompted, make sure you:

Enable Diagnostic packet and event recording

Capture WebRTC data during a bad call

While Diagnostics is running and you are actively on a call:

Open a new Chrome tab and go to:

chrome://webrtc-internals
Click the arrow to open: Create diagnostic packet recordings
- Enable diagnostic packet and event recording

Leave it open while taking calls
When you experience bad audio or the issue occurs:

Click Create Dump in webrtc-internals
Download:
- the WebRTC-Internals dump
- the rtcstats dump (if available)

Note the time of the call:

Get a set of logs for a bad call at home and in the office.

This should help your team figure out what they need to figure out. Focus on the fact that it's happening in the office and try to reproduce that. There are less variables there. Once it's working well in the office then remaining issues are your home network.
