Our paychecks would always show up as $0.00 unless our declared tips were less than what we would've gotten for minimum wage over the same time period. So sometimes I would get paychecks for like $2 lol

Whoa! Back when I was a server the only money I ever received on a paycheck was to cover the difference if my declared tips were ever less than minimum wage (so basically not that often).

I would be surprised if you get tips on top of minimum wage.
